| Description | This DUSP6 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 59-88 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human DUSP6. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the dualspecificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatasesinactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both thephosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. Theynegatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein (MAP)kinase superfamily (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38), which are associatedwith cellular proliferation and differentiation.
