| Description | This SDCBP antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human SDCBP. The protein encoded by this gene was initially identifiedas a molecule linking syndecan-mediated signaling to thecytoskeleton. The syntenin protein contains tandemly repeated PDZdomains that bind the cytoplasmic, C-terminal domains of a varietyof transmembrane proteins. This protein may also affectcytoskeletal-membrane organization, cell adhesion, proteintrafficking, and the activation of transcription factors.
