This antibody was developed and affinity purified using d-Biotin as antigen. The antibody binds biotin strongly but reversibly. This antibody conjugates have been used for direct, competitive ELISA for quantitation of vitamine Biotin with the detection sensitivity of 0.01 ng/mL and western-blot analysis of the biotinylated antibodies and proteins. |
