| Description | Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins. Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for SPCS1 detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, Direct ELISA in Human; Mouse; Rat.Background: SPCS1 is a member of the SPCS1 family. The International Radiation Hybrid Mapping Consortium mapped the SPCS1 gene to chromosome 3. The encoded protein is an enzyme with an amino acid length of 102 and a mass of 11.8 kDa. SPCS1 contains 2 predicted transmembrane domains, and immunoblot analysis of protease-digested canine microsomes showed that both the N- and C-terminal domains of Spcs1 and Spcs2 are cytoplasmic. |
