| Description | Rabbit anti Dog thyroid stimulating hormone polyclonal antibody was raised against highly purified intact canine thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and is specific for canine TSH. Rabbit anti Dog thyroid stimulating hormone exhibits less than 0.1% cross reactivity with the other major canine glycoprotein hormones; growth hormone (GH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) or prolactin using an iodinated hormone tracer assay. This strongly indicates that the anti thyroid stimulating hormone antibody is primarily reactive with the TSHbeta chain although it may also have reactivity with beta chain conformational epitopes dependent on the presence of the common alpha chain shared with the other glycoprotein hormones.
