| Description | This item recognises the human CD82 antigen, also known as KAI1, SAR2 and TSPAN27, a multi-pass membrane protein of approximately 30kDa belonging to the tetraspanin (TM4SF) family. . . CD82 has been identified as a cancer metastasis suppressor protein, while ubiquitously expressed at moderate to high levels in many normal tissues, its expression is down regulated during tumour progression.
