| Description | This NELF antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 501-530 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human NELF. The protein encoded by this gene is involved in guidanceof olfactory axon projections and migration of luteinizinghormone-releasing hormone neurons. Defects in this gene are a causeof idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (IHH). Severaltranscript variants encoding different isoforms have been found forthis gene. |
