| Description | This IQGAP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1436-1463 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human IQGAP2. This gene encodes a member of the IQGAP family. Theprotein contains three IQ domains, one calponin homology domain,one Ras-GAP domain and one WW domain. It interacts with componentsof the cytoskeleton, with cell adhesion molecules, and with severalsignaling molecules to regulate cell morphology and motility. |
