| Description | This TAF4 antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1021-1062 amino acids from human TAF4. Part of the TFIID complex, a multimeric protein complex that plays a central role in mediating promoter responses to various activators and repressors. Potentiates transcriptional activation by the AF-2S of the retinoic acid, vitamin D3 and thyroid hormone. |
