| Description | Specificity: Does not cross eact to other Spingosine 1-phosphate receptor subtypes. Labels a strong band of EDG8 of 48-50 kDa. Also labels a 54 kDa band, the identity of this is not known but may represent phosphorylated EDG8. Affinity Purified Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 5 Antibody. Receptor for the lysosphingolipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P). S1P is a bioactive lysophospholipid that elicits diverse physiological effect on most types of cells and tissues.
