| Description | This ZSCAN4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 94-120 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ZSCAN4. The ZSCAN4 gene encodes a protein involved in telomeremaintenance and with a key role in the critical feature of mouseembryonic stem (ES) cells, namely, defying cellular senescence andmaintaining normal karyotype for many cell divisions in culture(Zalzman et al., 2010 [PubMed 20336070]). |
