| Description | This DUSP12 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 162-191 amino acids from the Central region of human DUSP12. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the dualspecificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatasesinactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both thephosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. Theynegatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein (MAP)kinase superfamily (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38), which is associatedwith cellular proliferation and differentiation.
