Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded rat kidney using GABRA2 antibody at dilution of 1:100 (200x lens). Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human esophageal cancer using GABRA2 antibody at dilution of 1:100 (400x lens). GABA is the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammalian brain where it acts at GABA-A receptors, which are ligand-gated chloride channels.
