| Immunogen | Immunogen: Neutrophil elastase (active-site blocked) prepared from human sputum. Presentation: 0.25 ml of sheep immunoglobulin affinity purified on immobilized elastase (active site blocked) by ion exchange chromatography. The APIgG concentration is 2 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v). Total protein is 0.5 mg. |
