| Description | This affinity purified antibody is directed against mouse Cxcl1. This product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with the antigen based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence to mouse.. Cxcl1 encodes a member of the CXC subfamily of chemokines. The encoded protein is a secreted growth factor that signals through the G-protein coupled receptor, CXC receptor 2. It has chemotactic activity for neutrophils and contributes to neutrophil activation during inflammation. Hematoregulatory chemokine, which, in vitro, suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. KC(5-72) shows a highly enhanced hematopoietic activity. Anti-Cxcl1 Antibody is useful for researchers interested in Kaposi Sarcoma, H. Pylori Infections, CCR5 and NOD-like receptor pathways, and Chemokine activities. |
