LEGENDplex™ SARS-CoV-2 Variants Neut. Ab Detection from BIOLEGEND

The LegendPlex™ SARS-CoV-2 Variants Neutralization Antibody Panel Mix and Match Beads provide beads for 5 targets including Variant Alpha, Variant Beta, Variant Gamma, Wild type S1 protein and Variant Delta. These beads are recommended for use with each other and the following in a Mix and Match Assay. Biotinylated ACE2 protein is serving as the Detection in the assay. The detection and the standard neutralization antibody or samples will compete to bind to the capture beads. Therefore the assay displays an inverted standard curve and the amount of analyte will be negatively correlated to the signal intensities.
