It contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP and polyclonal activators. With this kit, detection of antigen-specific IgG2 secreting B cells can be performed using coated antigen. If detection with biotinylated antigen is preferred, the plate should instead be coated with the subclass specific antibody, which is available in the web shop. |
