| Description | Purified anti-PP2C-α. Protein Phosphatase 2Cα (PP2C-α) is a ubiquitously expressed magnesium- and manganese-dependent enzyme with a broad specificity of target substrates. It functions by dephosphorylating serine/threonine residues on its target proteins, and has been shown to regulate SMAD, PP2C-α, MAPK, p38 and JNK kinase signaling pathways. PP2C-α deficiency is associated with pancreatic and prostate cancers. |
