| Description | Purified anti-IL-27 p28. IL-27 is a heterodimeric cytokine that is composed of two subunits (p28 and EBI3). It plays a critical role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation. It also drives rapid clonal expansion of naive but not memory CD4 T cells. IL-27 is a potent inhibitor of Th17 cell development and IL-17 production.
