Description | Purified anti-mouse TEX101. Testis-expressed sequence 101 (TEX101), is a 38 kD GPI-anchored membrane protein, expressed by testicular germ cells and is an essential factor for the formation of fertile spermatozoa. TEX101 associates with ACE, ADAM3 and Ly6K; and it seems to stabilize ADAM3 from protease digestion by ACE. |
