| Description | Anti-Myosin Phosphatase. Myosin phosphatase target subunit 1 (MYPT1) is a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 1. It regulates the interaction of actin and myosin downstream of the guanosine triphosphatase Rho. The GTP-bound, active form of RhoA (GTP.RhoA), through its interaction with myosin-binding subunit (MBS) of myosin phosphatase, regulates the phosphorylation of myosin light chain (MLC).
