| Description | Purified anti-Cytokeratin, HMW. This antibody is specific for high molecular weight cytokeratins 1, 5, 10 and 14. Clone 34βE12 is immunoreactive with squamous and adeno-squamous carcinomas. In normal epithelia, the antibody stains stratified epithelia, myoepithelial cells and basal cells in the prostate gland and bronchi. This antibody is also useful in differentiating benign and malignant tumors of the prostate gland. |
