The α/β T-cell receptor (TCR) recognizes a peptide bound to MHC leading to T cell activation. α/β TCR expressing T cells comprise more than 90% of CD3 T cells in peripheral blood. The clone QA20B12 antibody only reacts with the α/β TCR, not the γ/δ TCR. |
