| Description | Purified anti-RPA32/RPA2. Replication protein A (RPA) is a single-stranded DNA-binding protein comprised of three subunits of 70, 32, and 14 kD, and is involved in the regulation of DNA replication, repair, and homologous recombination. During replication, RPA stabilizes single-stranded DNA by protecting it from nucleases and preventing the formation of secondary structures.
