| Description | PE anti-PLCγ2 Phospho (Tyr759) Recombinant. PLCγ2 is a member of the PLC family. PLCγ is the only member that contains SH2 and SH3 domains, which enable it to interact with protein tyrosine kinases and become activated by phosphorylation. PLCγ2 is expressed primarily on hematopoietic stem cells and on B cells. PLCγ2 catalyzes the hydrolysis of phospholipids to yield second messenger molecules diacylglycerol (DAG) and inositol triphosphate (IP3). |
