| Description | Purified anti-HOMER1. HOMER1 is a scaffolding protein that is a major component of the post-synaptic density (PSD), a region in the plasma membrane of the post-synaptic neuron that interacts with the pre-synaptic active zone of upstream neurons. HOMER1 consists of two domains, a C-terminal coiled-coil domain that is required for HOMER1 dimerization, and an EVH1 domain involved in protein-protein interaction.
