VISTA (V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation), also known as PD-1H, is a type I transmembrane protein with a single extracellular IgV domain. VISTA is expressed by a subset of T cells, macrophages, dendritic cells, neutrophils, and NK cells. It was reported that in certain tumor environment, there is low-pH dependent interaction between VISTA and PSGL1.
