| Description | Purified anti-CRK. Adapter protein CRK, also known as CRK proto-oncogene adaptor protein or V-CRK avian sarcoma virus CT10 oncogene homolog, has two isoforms: CRKI (28 kD) and CRKII (40 kD). Closely associated is CRKL, or CRK-like protein (36 kD). CRKII and CRKL possess a C-terminal SH3 domain and a regulatory tyrosine phosphorylation site that are lacking in CRKI.
