| Description | PE/Cyanine7 anti-human CD11b Recombinant. CD11b (integrin alpha M subunit) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein. CD11b combines with the Integrin beta 2 subunit (CD18) to form the non-covalent heterodimer Integrin alpha M/beta 2, also known as Mac-1 and complement receptor type 3 (CR3). Mac-1 plays an important role in cell-cell interaction by binding its ligands ICAM-1 (CD54), ICAM-2 (CD102), ICAM-4 (CD242), iC3b, and fibrinogen.
