| Description | Purified anti-ATP1A1. ATP1A1 is part of the P-type cation transport ATPases. It is the α 1 subunit of Na /K ATPase which catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP and the exchange of Na and K maintaining their balance across the plasma membrane. In addition to regulating membrane homeostasis, the α subunit (ATP1A1) particularly plays a role in mediating viral infection, e.g., coronavirus and respiratory syncytial virus.
