| Description | Purified anti-PADI4. PADI4 is an enzyme that catalyzes peptidyl arginine to citrulline in the presence of Ca2 ions. This reaction, known as citrullination, leads to the post-translational modification of proteins. PADI4 was initially cloned from the HL-60 cell line (human promyelocytic leukemia cells).
