| Description | Purified anti-MLKL. MLKL has a four-helix bundle (4HB) domain at the N-terminal and a C-terminal PsKD connected via a two-helix linker. MLKL is important in the necroptotic signaling pathways. During the process, phosphorylated RIP3 (receptor-interacting protein 3) is recruited and phosphorylates MLKL which can induce the oligomerization of MLKL. Oligomerized MLKL translates to the plasma membrane, destroying the membrane integrity and inducing necroptosis. Knockdown or inhibition of MLKL prohibits necrosis. High e |
