| Description | Purified anti-TBL1. TBL1 is a protein that has sequence similarity with WD40 repeat-containing protein family. TBL1 plays an essential role in signal transduction, gene regulation, vesicle trafficking, and cytoskeletal arrangement through protein-protein interactions. TBL1 is also found as a component of nuclear receptor corepressor complexes through interaction with histone deacetylase 3, and is involved in Notch signaling. It is associated with diseases including ocular albinism and atrial septal defect 4. |
