Description | Purified anti-mouse CD136 (Mst1r). Macrophage-stimulating 1 receptor (MST1R/RON) is a receptor protein kinase that transduce signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding to the macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP). MST1R regulates various physiological processes including cell adhesion, motility, growth, and survival. Ligand binding at the cell surface induces autophosphorylation of RON on its intracellular domain that provides docking sites for downstream signaling molecules. Following activation by ligand |
