RBBP8 promotes ATR and RPA recruient to DSBs in S/G2 phase and facilitates thegeneration of ssDNA. RBBP8 may modulate the functions ascribed to BRCA1 in transcriptionalregulation, DNA repair, and/or cell cycle checkpoint control. |
