This 5F10 monoclonal antibody has the ability to inhibit the interaction between PD-1 and PDL-1. In terms of affinity, the mouse antibody 5F10 demonstrates 0.029 nM in ELISA, 0.838 nM in competitive ELISA, and 1.48 nM in cell affinity for detection. |
