This product is a rabbit IgG antibody that recognizes human CD30, which was shown to enhance cell proliferation of some lymphoma cell lines, while to induce cell death and reduce cell proliferation of other lymphoma cell lines. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry (1/100) and ELISA (1/5000-1/10000) assays. |
