| Description | Recombinant Anti-DNMT1 x Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (Bibody). Recombinant Anti-DNMT1 x Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-scFv format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a scFv region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The scFv of the anti-DNMT1 specificity is fused to the anti-DNMT1 heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously, block Hedgehog binding to PTCH, downregulate of DNMT1 and block DNA methylation. It is designed for the research of Hormone refractory breast cancer (HRBC) therapy. |
