| Description | Recombinant Anti-5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine Antibody (V3S-0622-YC6). This product is a monoclonal antibody derived from mouse, which can specifically recognize 5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine (m5dCyd). The mab reacted strongly with m5dCyd and weakly with 5-methylcytidine (m5Cyd) but not with cytidine (Cyd) and 1-methyladenosine. The IC50 of the antibody IgG against m5dCyd was 4.27 ug/mL and that of scFv was 0.054 ug/ml, determined by inhibition ELISA. |
