The middle linker is long enough to form scFv dimers between the two diabody chains. This BsAb can neutralize both BAFF and IL- 17 simultaneously. It is designed for the research of Lupus Nephritis (LN); Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE); Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA); Psoriasis (Ps); Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS); Psoriatic Arthritis (PA) primary Sjoegren's Syndrome (pSS); Multiple Myeloma (MM) therapy. |
