The humanized version of C10-2 (hC10-2) has the ability to remove a greater amount of aggregated Tau protein found in Alzheimer's brain extracts. hC10-2 effectively reduces the presence of hyperphosphorylated tau and eliminates 99.5% of tau aggregates. |
