| Description | Recombinant Anti-CEACAM5/CEACAM6 Neutralizing Antibody (V3S-0622-YC100). The antibody specifically recognizes CEACAM5 and CEACAM6 proteins, not CEACAM 1 or CEACAM8. The antibody specifically binds to residues 34-319 of CEACAM5, which shares high sequence identity to CEACAM6. It binds to tumor cells and initiates antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and inhibits cell proliferation. |
