| Description | Recombinant Anti-MVR Neutralizing Antibody (V3S-0622-YC37). The anti-malignancy variant receptor (MVR) monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes B cell lymphoma cells, a membrane permeable domain. The anti-MVR antibody showed the highest reactivity with JVM2, SNU538, and LCL among the six B cell lymphomas, while the BC1 and SNU20 cells showed low reactivity. The flow cytometry analysis showed that the mAb showed strong reactivity with various types of B cell lymphoma cells but did not react with CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells, and CD14 + monocytes containing normal CD19 + B cells and any other lymphocytes. |
