| Description | Mouse Anti-5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine Recombinant Antibody (clone FMC9). This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes 5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine. It reacted strongly with m-dCyd and weakly with 5-methylcytidine (m-Cyd) but not with cytidine (Cyd) and 1-methyladenosine. The scFv of this antibody may be applicable to the assessment of cellular DNA methylation levels and is more sensitive than the MoAb. |
