| Description | HIV-1 RT (aa 252-335) Specific Neutra™ Antibody (V3S-0923-XY30), Mouse IgG. This antibody is a mouse nuetralizing antibody clone 5F, which binding Human immunodeficiencyvirus-1 reverse transcriptase (HIV-1 RT). It is reactive with the p66 and p51 subunits of HIV-1 RT, indicating that it bounds to the polymerase domain of the enzyme. This antibody is capable of strongly inhibiting the RNA-dependent DNA polymerase activity of HIV-1 RT. |
