| Description | Mouse Anti-Cocaine benzoyl ester Recombinant Antibody (clone 15A10). Recombinant Mouse Antibody (15A10) is capable of binding to Cocaine benzoyl ester, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). Catalytic antibody 15A10 hydrolyzes the benzoyl ester of cocaine to form the nonpsychoactive metabolites benzoic acid and ecgonine methylester. 15A10 hydrolyzes the benzoyl ester of cocaine to yield the nonpsychoactive metabolite ecgonine methylester with a kcat of 2. 3 min-1, KM of 220 µM, and kcatkuncat-1 =2. 3x104. |
