| Description | Anti-Human DDR1 Recombinant Antibody. Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human DDR1. This is an antibody that specifically binds to the extracellular domain of human discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1) outside the discoidin domain, and which reduces or blocks collagen- induced autophosphorylation of DDR1 without preventing collagen binding to DDR1. Discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is a promising therapeutic target for a number of aggressive cancers. |
