| Description | Human Anti-DNA-PKcs Recombinant Antibody (VS-0723-CJ2). DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs) fragment DPK3 is located between the leucine zipper (LZ) and T2609 autophosphorylation cluster. The scFv format of this antibody enhanced the sensitivity of tumours transplanted in Balb/c athymic mice to radiation therapy. This antibody has been tested for use in western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. |
