| Description | Human Anti-CD4bs Recombinant Antibody (clone BG24). This human anti-CD4bs antibody BG24 is a product that recognizes CD4-binding site (CD4bs). BG24 showed a broad and potent neutralization activity. BG24 bound to a fully and natively glycosylated BG505 SOSIP.664 Env trimer revealed a binding orientation consistent with VRC01-class bNAbs and contacts with an adjacent gp120 protomer. This antibody has been tested for use in neutralization. |
