| Description | Anti-DENV Neutralizing Antibody (V3S-0723-FY128). The anti-DENV antibody DV87.1 can neutralizes DENV1-3. IFN production by pDCs was upregulated in a dose-dependent manner in the presence of anti-DENV mAb DV87.1. The DV87.1 antibody does not trigger IFN-α2a production in the pDC/Huh 7.5.1 co-culture system in the absence of virus, nor does it trigger IFN when incubated with virus and subsequently with primary pDC - Production of α2a. |
